Our brand has a multidisciplinary architectural approach towards projects. We offer an integrated service that manages the different stages, using the latest BIM project technology to develop and communicate the project to the client and builders, delivering a differentiated, integrated, and innovative service.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has improved the performance of our work methodology, allowing a dynamic and constant integration between architecture, engineering and construction, optimizing costs, logistics and construction processes. This operability is essential for designing high-performance buildings that are efficient and forward-thinking, matching the highest and most demanding expectations of our clients and investors.

BIO

Margarida Padrão was born in Porto, in 1990. Passionate about geometry and art, she joined the Soares dos Reis School of Arts of Porto in 2005, where she specialized in Product Design with training at the Topázio Company.

In 2008, she started her Master’s degree in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto, Portugal, having, cumulatively, attended the Escola de Pintura do Porto Artur Terra. In 2013, after receiving the Santander Ibero-American Scholarship award, she had the opportunity to complete her education at the University of Architecture of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

After completing her degree in Architecture in 2014, she began her professional activity at the Atelier de Arquitetura Hélder Coelho, where she worked actively in the development of several national and international projects.

With a vision focused on differentiating the practice of architecture, she attended a postgraduate course in Business Administration and Management at Católica Porto Business School.

Since 2016, she has been dedicated to the activity of Architect as an individual author, developing projects exclusively of her own.

In 2018, she founded the Atelier Padrão Architecture & Design.

Driven by the same passion and vision for the geometry and emotion of space that brought her to the art she manifests in the practice of Architecture, she has dedicated herself since then to transposing this same pleasure to build that vision.
